President
Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc.
As a small business owner, Campbell ensures the company is financially successful while adapting to changing times and ensuring the firm’s team is educated and relevant. “To support financial success, it is most important to represent clients to the best of our abilities while actively listening and treating coworkers with respect,” he said.
Campbell has served as the firm’s president since forming the company in 1984.
He said it has been very rewarding to work with businesses operated by second- or third-generation family members. He is proud of being recognized by a number of organizations for his work, including the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, West Shore Chamber of Commerce, CoStar as the Top Power Broker of the Philadelphia Area, and being named as Central Penn Business Journal’s Power
100 Most Influential People.
“I have had the good fortune to work with many business leaders, government officials and nonprofit boards from which I have benefited in both knowledge and experience,” Campbell said.
His advice for any young person entering commercial real estate: Research the company you are considering affiliating with, know their reputation in the community and what training they can offer.
“Most successful people entering the field need to have a mentor they communicate well with,” Campbell said.
