As regional president for Truist Financial Corporation, Brame oversees the commercial community bank for the Central Pennsylvania region. Since being named to this position in August 2018, he has responsibility for all aspects of the business and financial performance of the region. He has 18 years of banking experience, serving in various roles with Truist.
He says in 2022, the bank moved into the post-merger phase of Truist, so the focus is now on building for the future and actualizing its purpose—and care for the bank’s teammates is at the center of that. The tight labor market was certainly a challenge last year. “We worked hard to overcome that by prioritizing our teammates and the factors that make Truist an employer of choice and a career destination,” Brame says.
