Executive Vice President and Central Pennsylvania Regional President
Brame has been in his current position for four years and describes his leadership style as participative.
He said he’s fortunate to work alongside great leaders and teammates throughout Truist’s Central Pennsylvania region. “Our team is collaborative and focused on bringing value to our clients and a positive impact to our community. This has led to better team engagement and job satisfaction, as well as strong financial performance for Truist and the Central Pennsylvania region,” he said.
He’s always had an interest in finance. Brame graduated from Clemson University with a degree in finance and started his career with Truist immediately after graduation, through the Truist leadership development program. Prior to becoming Regional President of Central Pennsylvania, he served as market president of Lancaster and Lebanon counties; market president of the Virginia Peninsula; and as a commercial banker in Newport News, VA.
Brame said work-life balance is important. He enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his family; they enjoy hiking and hunting. “My wife and I also spend a lot of time supporting our boys’ various sporting activities. We also enjoy cheering for the Green Bay Packers and Clemson Tigers,” he said.
