Rock Commercial Real Estate, which has offices in York and Lancaster, reported 118 transactions in the third quarter, including $14 million in sales and 653,000 square feet of lease transactions.
Among the sales highlights:
· Chester Square LLC purchased Chester Square Shopping Center at 4159-4215 N. George St. Extended, East Manchester Township, from Chester Square Properties LP for $3.8 million. Rock Commercial represented the seller.
· CKT Holdings LLC bought a 61,250-square-foot pharmaceutical laboratory andmanufacturing facility at 101 Sinking Springs Lane, Manchester Township, from Hercon Pharmaceuticals LLC for $2.7 million. Rock Commercial represented the seller.
· EK Commerce LLC purchased a 16,682-square-foot office condominium at 221 W. Philadelphia St., York, from Westwood Properties Management LLC for $1.8 million. Rock Commercial brokered the transaction.
Among the lease transactions brokered by Rock Commercial in the third quarter:
· UPMC Pinnacle (Pinnacle Health Regional Physicians) renewed its lease of 8,000 square feet of office space at Greenbriar Medical Center, Manchester Township, from Larsen Holdings LP.
· Mid Penn Glass leased 4,750 square feet of industrial space at 308-334 W. Main St., Mount Joy, from Kev Enterprises LLC.
· Lancaster Flower Co. leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Warwick Center, Warwick Township, from Warwick Center LLC.
