Today’s picture depicts the large Zembo Shrine complex located at 2801 N. Third St., Harrisburg. The origin of the name Zembo remains a mystery to this day, but the facility is a part of Shriners International, a fraternity based on fun, fellowship and the Masonic principles of brotherly love, truth and relief. Currently, the shrine is open to the public for events, banquets and other activities.
