Congratulations to the 2016 class of Women of Influence!
The 29 Women of Influence award recipients will be recognized at a luncheon on June 24, 2016 at the Hilton Harrisburg. All honorees will also be profiled in a special publication inserted in the July 1, 2016 issue of the Central Penn Business Journal.
Please see below for attendee information on the June 24 event:
PARKING The closest garage is the Walnut Street Garage at the corner of Walnut Street and Court Street. The garage entrance is at the corner of Walnut Street and Court Street. GPS: 215 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. This garage is attached to the hotel. On the garage elevators, select level “A” for the Hilton, then follow our directional signs to our registration table. Bring your parking ticket with you to the event. You can stop by the Hilton's Business Center/Gift Shop (or front desk) for $5 discounted parking.
NOTE: This garage is often very full and there are only two attendant stations, which becomes very busy when everyone leaves our event. Please expect a delay in exiting the garage.
TICKETS/NAME BADGES All registered attendees will have a name badge to pick up at our registration desk which serves as your “ticket” to the event. Your table assignment will be on that name badge. There will not be open seating, except for the choice of seat at the assigned table. A guest list will verify the registered attendees. If one of your registered attendees can no longer make it, you are welcome to send a substitute. We will be able to change the name onsite.

ATTIRE Preferred attire for the event is business/professional.
FOOD ALLERGIES: Should you require a vegetarian plate or have a food allergy, please notify me as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
SEATING:Table assignments will be provided on each attendee’s name badge. There will not be open seating, except for the choice of seat at the assigned table.
Table assignments were made according to RSVP date on a first-come, first-served basis.Companies with multiple tables will be assigned to adjoining tables. Groups registered in the same transaction will be seated together. Guests that noted their attendance for a specific honoree will be seated near them, if possible.
REFUNDS/SUBSTITUTES: We cannot offer refunds after June 20, 2016. If one of your registered attendees can no longer make it, you are welcome to send a substitute. Please email me the replacement name, or we can switch out the name badge at the event.
ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES: A few seats are still available if you would like to register additional attendees. Please contact me to make the necessary arrangements.
