The 2014 Financial Executive of the Year Awards program will celebrate Central Pennsylvania's financial executives who contribute to the success of our region's economic growth and stability.

To be eligible, the candidate must meet all of the following requirements:
● Must be a top executive responsible for a organization's finances.
● Must be employed in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry or York county.
● Must be in his/her current position for a minimum of 2 years.
● May be self-nominated or nominated by another person.
● May only be entered in one category.
● May not be a member of a judge’s immediate family.
Frequently asked questions
Whom should I nominate? You should nominate a financial executive who is an established business leader and who has accomplished specific achievements in the business world. We’re looking for quantifiable results and compelling stories to tell our readers. Our nominees are the best and brightest our community has to offer. Yes, you can nominate yourself. And no, multiple nominations for the same person do not enhance the nominee’s chances of being selected as a finalist or winner.
Why should I nominate someone? This is a chance to honor a peer or a mentor. Many times, financial executives stay out of the spotlight. This is an opportunity recognize these unsung heroes and to share an inspiring story of success with others.
How are the winners chosen? Finalists and winners are selected by a panel of independent judges. The judges will select finalists and winners based on their achievements within their company, impact in the community and their leadership. Judges are looking for a compelling story about a locally based business leader who has achieved demonstrated success.
What makes for a well-done nomination? Well-done nominations tell a personal story of the nominee’s path to success, obstacles overcome, unique talents, etc. The best nominations are clear, short and complete.
Does the company have to be local? Yes. Both the company and the nominee need to be employed in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry or York county.
