J.D. Brown Center and CPBJ Partnership

In 2011, the J.D.Brown Center for Entrepreneurship at York College of Pennsylvania began a partnership with the Central Penn Business Journal to bring the Entrepreneurship Central PA Conference to the college. The event is an opportunity for attendees to not only learn from successful entrepreneurs from our region, but also to network with the people that are helping the economy in Central PA flourish.

JD Brown Center for Business

The J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship is a hub for innovation and entrepreneurial activity at York College. The Center offers local businesses and start-ups the opportunity to tap into the intellectual capital of YCP's professors, the energy and skill of its students and a first-class network of business people to help businesses grow.

Last Year's Keynote Address

The 2012 conference Keynote Presenter was Jack Uldrich, renowned global futurist, independent scholar, business speaker, and bestselling author. Jack represents the caliber of speakers we are able to draw to the conference each year. His keynote address from last year, The Future Will Require Unlearning, is presented here in its entirity.

HydroWorx Video V.2.2

Our 2013 Keynote Presenter is Anson Flake, Co-founder and CEO of HydroWorx, a manufacturer of underwater treadmills and aquatic therapy pools. Since the company's inception in 1997, it has grown to become an international leader in its industry, treating 23,000 people daily, including world-class athletes, wounded soldiers and people from all walks of life.
