The Forty Under 40 program celebrates the region's most accomplished young business leaders who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service. The 21st class of award recipients will be recognized on Monday, October 12th at the Hilton Harrisburg.

The closest garage is the Walnut Street Garage at the corner of Walnut Street and Court Street (an alley). Upon admittance to the garage, you will receive a parking ticket. Bring this ticket with you into the event. You may then go to the Hilton gift shop and pay $5—this is a discounted price to the garage’s rates. They will give you a second ticket. You must keep BOTH tickets to exit the garage.
As you exit the garage, you will feed the machine your original ticket. When it asks for payment, you then feed it your second ticket—basically a receipt that you already paid.
If you forget to purchase a discounted ticket, the machine now accepts credit cards to pay full price for parking at the gate.
NOTE: The parking garage often gets very full. There are only two attendant stations at the exit, which becomes very busy when everyone leaves our event. Please expect a delay in both entering and exiting the garage. Should you need clarification on anything parking related, ask the attendant in the garage or cashier at the gift shop.
6:00PM - Networking reception with heavy appetizers and cocktails
7:00PM – Seating opens for awards presentation (*see note below)
7:15PM - Welcome and opening remarks
7:30PM - Awards program
8:15PM- 9:00PM Dessert Reception
Dress is business or cocktail attire.
MEN - a suit or dress pants and a jacket are appropriate
WOMEN - either a dress/professional suit or a cocktail dress is acceptable (long, floor-length evening gowns are too dressy.)
Tickets were NOT issued, nor will they be. Instead, each registered attendee will have a name badge to collect at the event registration desk that evening. A guest list at registration will also verify their attendance.
We cannot offer refunds at this point. If one of your registered attendees can no longer make it, you are welcome to send a substitute. Please email me the replacement name, or we can switch out the name badge at the event.
A few seats are still available if you would like to register additional attendees. Please contact me to make the necessary arrangements.
This event is not a seated dinner. It is a stand-up reception. For the awards program, seating will be general admission. Award honorees will have assigned seats on an aisle for easy stage access, then guests may fill-in the row(s) beside and around them.
In the interest of time, winners will not be asked to speak, but they will be asked to participate in a group photo at the end of the event.
