Mid Penn names regional president for First Priority division
Mid Penn Bank has appointed Joseph N. Butto to serve as regional president for First Priority Bank, a division of Mid Penn Bank.
Butto will be responsible for all business development and customer service within the bank’s Berks County market.
He will work with various business line leaders to develop strategies for achieving sales and service goals, according to a news release.
Butto has 32 years of financial service experience and most recently served as senior vice president and commercial loan manager for the Wyomissing-based Tompkins VIST Bank.
He also serves as a board member at the Greater Berks Development Fund and the Greater Reading Economic Partnership and as a member of the finance committee for the Reading Public Museum.
Butto has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Penn State University.
Mid Penn Bancorp is headquartered in Millersburg and has total assets of approximately $2 billion.
