Penn State Health Medical Group-Mountville is expected to move to a larger building this fall and adding physicians.

At 8,600 square feet, the new building is more than 1,000 square feet larger than the practice’s previous home. It will offer a walk-in lab and a larger exam room, as well two new physicians, bringing the total to six.

The office will also be changing its name to Penn State Health Medical Group-Prospect. The new building is at the Shops at Prospect outlet mall in West Hempfield Township.

Penn State Health Medical Group is a part of the Penn State Health system and offers 30 offices throughout the state with a variety of specialties from pediatrics to OB/GYN care.

Last month the medical group opened its Lime Spring Outpatient Center  in East Hempfield Township to consolidate five existing practices.

Penn State Health has not announced the cost of the new building.
