A Cumberland County investor has purchased the building that houses Indian restaurant Bollywood Bar and Grille for nearly $1.9 million.

Second and Locust Investors LLC, a Lower Allen Township company, purchased the 33,000-square-foot commercial building at 110 N. Second St. from New York-based Sandton Fund II Holdings.

The deal closed on Dec. 19, according to Dauphin County deed records.

Along with Bollywood, the building is home to office tenants TD Ameritrade and Nelson & Associates Interior Design and Space Planning Inc.

All tenants will remain in the building, according to the Campbell, Gasper and Kostelac team at Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc., which represented the seller. Jason Grace of Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. represented the buyer.
