Off The Clock: St. Joseph Children's Health

Off the Clock loading
As a part of an ongoing nutritional program offered in partnership by Catholic Health Initiatives St. Joseph Children's Health of Columbia and the Columbia Borough School District, students from Taylor Middle School recently launched a student-run Mobile Market, above. The Market offered free produce to students and their families on a bi-weekly basis during September and October. The Mobile Market served as a full-circle completion of the students' “farm-to-school” experience, which also included in-classroom taste testing of fresh vegetables and field trips to Heritage Creek Farm Camp and Education Center.
