Listrak to open Philadelphia-area office
Digital marketing firm Listrak is opening a new office near Philadelphia in a bid to draw experienced professionals into the company.
Listrak CEO and co-founder Ross Kramer said he is proud of the talent the firm hires from local colleges, but said the company’s location in Warwick Township, Lancaster County, has made it a challenge to hire leaders and managers.
Kramer said the new office at 656-676 East Swedesford Road in Exton will help Listrak recruit employees with years of experience.
The company continues to grow its clientele nationally and Kramer said that as larger customers join the fold, Listrak needs to grow in how it supports those customers.
"We are signing larger retailers and brands; that is requiring a higher level of sophistication," he said. "The specialized talent in the Philadelphia region ... has experience with managing larger, more complex customer engagements."
The office is expected to open by the end of the month and is about 3,800 square feet. Kramer said it will house up to 25 new jobs while allowing current employees who live in the area to have an office closer to home.
"I have a lot of that specialized talent driving into Lititz from Philadelphia," he said. "This will give those current team members a place to work a few days a week so they can be collaborative and not be working from their homes."
