Lancaster-based Wohlsen Construction Co. named Archie E. McConnell a superintendent for Lycoming College’s new Gateway Building. He has 41 years of construction experience. Bradley M. Butt was named superintendent for the Oak Hills Development project. He has 14 years of construction experience. Timothy K. Boos was named superintendent for the Wilbur Chocolate Building in Lititz. He has three decades of construction experience and was a regional construction manager and director of operations.

East Lampeter Township-based StructureCare named Bartholomew Piet client services manager. He will create, develop and maintain business relationships with customers in the Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia areas. He was business development manager with Structural. He has a bachelor’s degree from Governors State University.
