KPMG LLP Harrisburg office named Daniel McCurdy an account relationship director in the Harrisburg Advisory practice. He was a sales director for the Mid-Atlantic territory of First Data Corp. He has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola College.
Swatara Township-based Skelly and Loy named Sandra K. Basehore executive vice president of environmental services. She will be responsible for personnel and project management, client satisfaction and companywide business development for environmental services. Most recently, she was vice president in charge of the Harrisburg environmental services group. She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental resource management from Penn State. Gerald W. Longenecker was named executive vice president of engineering services. He will have companywide responsibility for personnel and project management, client satisfaction and business development with engineering services. He was vice president in charge of the environmental engineering services group. He is a professional engineer and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Penn State. James T. France was named executive vice president and CFO. He is responsible for the accounting department’s financial management and its daily activities and is project coordinator for the implementation of a web-enabled companywide software system. He was CFO. He is a CPA in Maryland and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola College of Maryland.
Lower Allen Township-based Members 1st Federal Credit Union named Sara Elerman branch manager of the Tristan Drive branch in Carroll Township. She was assistant branch manager of the Pauline Drive Giant in-store branch.
Harrisburg-based Reynolds Restoration Services named Donald Holstein emergency services manager. He will coordinate resources, equipment and training for emergency projects in the King of Prussia, Montgomery County, service area. He was project manager and estimator. Jermaine Goods was named emergency services field supervisor. He will oversee all emergency service projects in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. service area and will be the liaison between field and administrative staff. He was a restoration technician. Richard Commo was named director of emergency services. He will lead staffing and equipment logistics and ensure consistent delivery of services in Harrisburg and King of Prussia. He was director of operations for a restoration firm.
East Lampeter Township-based H. L. Wiker Inc. named Blake Murphy project manager. He was estimator. Evan Wiest was named estimator. He was a general laborer. He is a graduate of Temple University.
Lancaster Health Center named Lillie Farmer director of human resources. She was director of human resources with VALCO Cos. She has a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University and a master’s degree from Cairn University.
High Hotels Ltd. named Ashley E. Richmond executive assistant. She will provide administrative support to the leadership team. She was legal and compliance administrative assistant with Berks County-based Penn National Gaming Inc. She has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State.
York-based Alternative HR named Victoria Krotzer and Victoria Baldwin human resources consultants. Both will focus on HR functions that include payroll, policy creation, recruiting and onboarding, and unemployment and workers' comp. Krotzer has been human resources director and assistant vice president for several York County companies. Baldwin has a degree from York College.
Manheim Township-based Saxton & Stump named Stephen J. Fleury Jr. an associate. He focuses his practice in labor and employment law, post-acute care and health care litigation, and represents employers and insurers in state and federal courts. He was an associate at Devine Law Offices. He has a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and a law degree from Dickinson School of Law. Rebecca A. Finkenbinder was named senior counsel. She will work with the intellectual property and business and corporate practice groups to further expand their services. She concentrates her practice in intellectual property with a focus on domestic and international trademarks for several industries. She was co-chair of the intellectual property practice group at Spilman Thomas & Battle PLLC. She has a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University, an MBA from Temple University and a law degree from Dickinson School of Law. Briana Hallett was named a business development assistant. She will help the firm enter new markets and expand client relationships. Most recently, she was marketing coordinator for Public Financial Management. She has a bachelor’s degree from Point Park University. Jonathan D. Landua was named an associate attorney. He focuses his practice in health care, health care litigation and commercial litigation. He was employed with Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP. He has a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and a law degree from Widener University School of Law.
Lancaster-based Barley Snyder named John M. Quain Jr. an attorney. He will be an associate in the litigation practice group and be based in the Harrisburg office. He was the lead litigator at the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, within the governor’s Office of General Counsel. He has an undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University and a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law. Katherine Betz Kravitz was named chair of the health law industry group. She is a partner with the firm. Chris Churchill, the group’s former chair and a partner with the firm, will be chair of the senior living industry group.
East Cocalico Township-based High Concrete Group LLC named Aaron M. Vnuk Midwest sales manager. He will oversee sales efforts for products and services in the Indiana, Illinois and Michigan markets. He has a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University. He was director of sales and operations with Precast Services Inc.

Harrisburg-based Team Pennsylvania named Art Stephens a board member. He is managing director of Deloitte’s Harrisburg office.
Lower Paxton Township-based American Heart Association named Mark Freeburn chair of the 2018 Capital Region Heart Walk. He is market executive with Select Medical’s rehab division for Central Pennsylvania and CEO of the Helen M. Simpson Rehabilitation Hospital.
East Lampeter Township-based High Associates Ltd. named William Boben III senior vice president of sales and leasing.
