Celebrity chef Curtis Stone is slated to make an appearance at the Giant Food Stores LLC in Lancaster County next week to promote his new line of seasoned ground beef products.
The television star is scheduled to provide cooking demonstrations on Aug. 21 in addition to signing copes of his latest cookbook and taking photos with fans at the grocery store, located at 1605 Lititz Pike in Manheim Township.
Stone recently partnered with Thomas Farms Kitchen, an Australian-based food supplier, to create seasoned ground beef recipes and products.
"Thomas Farms Kitchen is a fantastic partner with us, and Curtis will share with our customers the recipes he developed that make it so easy to bring exciting flavor to every dish," Matt Simon, vice president of marketing at Middlesex Township-based Giant, said in a statement.
A native of Australia, Stone is chef-owner of Maude in Beverly Hills and Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant in Hollywood.
He has appeared on a number of television shows including TLC’s "Take Home Chef" and Bravo’s "Top Chef Masters."
Stone will be providing cooking demonstrations at 12 p.m., 1p.m. and 2 p.m. next Tuesday.
