Fireworks Leasing LLC bought an 11,550-square-foot building at 6490 Carlisle Pike, Silver Spring Township, for a Jake’s Fireworks. NAI CIR represented the seller.

Initiative Properties LLC bought a 15,098-square-foot warehouse and office at 1707 S. Cameron St., Swatara Township. Iron Valley Real Estate of Central PA of Lower Paxton Township represented the buyer; NAI CIR represented the seller.

XpertVantage LLC leased 968 square feet at 20 Erford Road, Suite 110, East Pennsboro Township, for a hiring and recruitment business. NAI CIR represented the tenant; Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of East Pennsboro Township represented the landlord.

Swatara Township-based Drayer Physical Therapy Institute LLC opened an outpatient center in Florence, Alabama.

Geisinger Holy Spirit Infectious Diseases moved to Plaza 21, 425 N. 21st St., Suite 101, East Pennsboro Township.

Lemoyne-based Eastern PCM LLC will provide construction management services to Carel USA for a 40,000-square-foot expansion to a manufacturing facility at 385 S. Oak St., Manheim.

Newberry Township-based R.L. Livingston Inc. announced these jobs: A contract to complete the infrastructure, including utilities and asphalt paving, for the Eitzert Farms housing development, 204 W. Railroad Ave., Shrewsbury, for Terra Nova Land Development LLC; a contract to perform site work, utilities and asphalt paving for Rutter’s Farm Store #38A, 700 W. Market St., Hellam Township; and a $3 million infrastructure site work package for Gettysburg Crossing LP at Route 30 and Shealer Road, Straban Township, is nearly complete.
