Pamela Formica has been promoted to CFO for Masonic Villages effective June 1.

She is replacing William Prazenica, who is retiring next month after 39 years with the senior-living provider.

In her new role, Formica will be responsible for providing financial, technical and administrative leadership to Masonic Villages and other Masonic entities.

A Lititz resident, Formica joined Ashlar Creative Solutions, a consulting division of the Masonic Villages, in 2015 as vice president of mission development. In that role, she was responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational support to Ashlar Creative Solution’s clients and to Masonic Villages.

Prior to that, Formica worked from 2002 to 2015 as vice president of finance at Brethren Village, a retirement community in Lititz.

A CPA, Formica is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and has spoken at local, state and national senior-living conferences.

Masonic Villages is a senior-living provider based in Elizabethtown with locations across the commonwealth in Dallas, Lafayette Hill, Sewickley and Warminster.
