KPMG LLP’s Harrisburg office named Carol Gauker managing partner. She is a tax business unit partner in-charge and will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the office. She is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University.

East Pennsboro Township-based Boyer & Ritter LLC named Mark W. Banks an associate in the employee benefits plan audit group and the manufacturing and retail industry groups. He was a staff auditor for a national accounting firm. He is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a master’s degree from its Smeal College of Business.


Swatara Township-based Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. named Erin Letavic regional manager of civil engineering. She is a professional engineer and has a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College and a master’s degree from Penn State.

New York-based Erdman Anthony named Noel Caron vice president. He was core business unit leader of the construction services group. He is a professional engineer and licensed attorney, and has a bachelor’s degree from Clarkson University, a master’s degree from Penn State and a law degree from Widener University School of Law.


Tioga County-based First Citizens Community Bank named Maryann Payne branch manager of the Mount Joy office. She will be responsible for the overall growth of the branch, continued development of staff and community involvement. She was a branch manager for Santander Bank.

Gettysburg-based ACNB Bank named Nathan E. Lightner vice president and senior commercial loan officer. He will be based at the York Loan Office and serve commercial customers primarily in York County. He has 34 years of southcentral Pennsylvania banking experience. He has an associate degree.

Lower Allen Township-based Members 1st Federal Credit Union named Jason L. Reimer senior vice president and general counsel. He will oversee the credit union’s legal affairs including managing outside legal activity, assessing financial and reputation legal exposure, supporting business units and working with the compliance department. He was a principal at Post & Schell P.C. He has a bachelor’s degree from American University and a law degree from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law. Bob West was named executive vice president information technology systems and chief information officer. He has more than 30 years of technology experience and most recently was vice president of service management for Fiserv. He also worked in command and control systems with the U.S. Air Force.

Chambersburg-based F&M Trust named Natasha Koons business banker for southern Franklin County. She will be based in the Waynesboro office and develop new business and manage existing client relationships. She was the Chambersburg market manager for First Community Bank of Mercersburg. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, University College. Ray Wills was named a security officer. He will be based in Chambersburg and develop, implement and administer the bank’s security program. He has 21 years of law enforcement and security experience and was the regional security director for Dunbar Armored Inc. He has an associate degree from Allegany College of Maryland.

Millersburg-based Mid Penn Bank named Evan J. Dickinson commercial loan officer. He was an associate for Boyer & Ritter. He has a bachelor’s degree from Moravian College. Michael E. Guyer was named vice president and commercial loan officer. He will identify opportunities and develop lending relationships through ongoing business development activities. He was a commercial relationship manager for Fulton Bank. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University.


West Lampeter Township-based CCS Building Group named Shaun Shea business development manager. He has 12 years of construction industry experience and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

East Lampeter Township-based H. L. Wiker Inc. named Kevin Eshleman a member of the leadership team. He is director of operations. Dave Shoff was named general superintendent. He was job superintendent.


East Pennsboro Township-based Harrisburg Academy named Abby Mahone head of early childhood and lower school, starting July 1. She was employed with The Swain School. She has a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College and a master’s degree and doctorate from Lehigh University.


McConkey Insurance & Benefits named Aimee Dietz commercial lines client service agent assistant. She is licensed in both property & casualty insurance and life & health insurance. She and her husband also own and operate a real estate holding company.


Main Street Hanover Inc. named Daniel M. Frey vice chairman of its board of directors. Frey is of counsel in the Hanover office of Lancaster-based Barley Snyder, where he practices in the business, finance and creditors’ rights, personal planning and real estate practice groups as well as the municipal and municipal authority industry group and food and agribusiness industry group.
