Dilts has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Hawaii. Rodriguez has dual bachelor’s degrees from Kutztown University. Megan L. Witmer was named a marketing assistant. She has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State. Brian Marchuck was named senior manager. He was manager. He is a CPA in the audit department. Dana Della Loggia and Lauren Fulmer were named supervisors. They were senior staff accountants. Both are CPAs. Rachel Becker, Alex Craver and Donnie Wilson were named senior staff accountants. All were staff accountants. Wilson is a CPA.

Conewago Township-based Smith Elliott Kearns & Company LLC named Erin E. Clark and Angela L. Quigley managers. Clark plans and organizes audit engagements, performs risk assessments, supervises fieldwork and prepares and analyzes financial statements. He will provide accounting and tax services to small- and medium-sized business clients and manages the nonprofit tax filings. He is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree from York College. Kristin A. Taylor was named senior associate in the Chambersburg office. She will audit governmental entities, nonprofits and financial institutions. She is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree from Lock Haven University. Lauren B. Ryder was named senior associate in the Maryland office. She will provide firm-wide estate and trust taxation and probate services. She also works in individual and small-business taxation. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland University College.

York Township-based PeoplesBank named Chad M. Paules vice president and wealth adviser for the wealth management division. He has 17 years of trust and financial services experience and was most recently vice president and relationship manager with Valley Trust. He has a bachelor’s degree from York College.

California-based Wells Fargo & Company named Luke Hirneisen vice president and senior relationship manager in southcentral Pennsylvania. As part of the commercial banking team, he will work from the York office and provide products and services to companies with more than $20 million in sales. He was a senior global banker with the bank’s international group. He has a degree from Temple University.


Manheim Township-based Saxton & Stump named Dr. Christopher B. Rumpf a senior medical consultant. He will help clients reduce the risk of lawsuits, improve revenue and provide support through health care management and quality initiatives. He will also help the firm’s defense lawyers understand cases’ clinical issues. He has 35 years of experience in health care management and quality initiatives. He was senior vice president and chief medical officer for Valley Health System in Virginia. He is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and has a medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Katherine Pandelidis Granbois was named a shareholder and member of the business and corporate law group. She has 25 years of experience and practices business and corporate law and the formation and counseling of nonprofit entities. She was an attorney with McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC. She has a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a law degree from Dickinson School of Law.


Manor Township-based Turkey Hill Dairy named Genise Wade vice president of operations. She will oversee growth and profitability while leading and managing all company operations. She was director of human resources and diversity. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix.


York-based Doceo Growth Partners named Michael Farley manager of client services. He will be responsible for new-hire training, overseeing client relations and assisting with operational duties. He was a client services consultant. He has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State.


Lancaster-based SouthEast Lancaster Health Services named Denise Elliott a board member. She is a member of the labor and employment practice group of Harrisburg-based McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC and focuses her practice on defending self-insured employers in workers’ compensation matters and representing and counseling clients in employment discrimination litigation and Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act compliance.

Maryland- and Springfield Township-based Penn-Mar Human Services, which provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, named Elizabeth Pitts-Madonna a Penn Mar Foundation board member. She is vice president of human resources for Northrop Grumman’s corporate office and enterprise services.
