Lancaster County-based High Associates Ltd. has sold West Chester Office Plaza, a five-building office portfolio in Chester County, for $12.5 million.

Stephen Marzullo and Adam Silverman of CBRE's Philadelphia Commercial Investment Properties team brokered the deal for High Associates, which is part of High Real Estate Group LLC.

Maguire Hayden Real Estate Co., a Montgomery County firm, bought the 116,621-square-foot complex. The plaza sits on 8.3 acres and is near government buildings, shops and restaurants in West Chester, the county seat.

The office buildings were 90 percent leased, with 48 tenants, at the time of the sale. Notable tenants include American Precision Industries, ESCFederal, Women's Health Care Group of PA, BackOffice Thinking and Kinetic Prosthetics.
