After working on his family farms, Craig Aiello’s first paying job was working as a groundskeeper and lifeguard for a York Springs campground. The owners taught him the persistence to keep working hard, showing up and doing his best despite challenges, and inspired the one piece of advice he would like to pass on to others: never give up. Aiello considers his family — his wife, Tara, and their six boys — to be his biggest personal success. Mentoring youth without a stable family life in order to give them the opportunity to be the best they can be is a cause he believes in, and in his career, Aiello considers his greatest professional success to be his chance to lead others. He considers himself fortunate to supervise others and watch them grow in their skills and abilities. In his free time, Aiello’s favorite activities are spending time with his family while hiking Pennsylvania trails, working on the farm and hunting.
