The word that best describes Christopher T. Davis would be “collaborative.” He finds motivation in helping those around him succeed. His first paying job was a paper route, where he learned the value of good service. If he were a smartphone app, he’d be Waze, because he likes to help provide direction and help people understand obstacles. As a kid, Davis wanted to become an inventor because of his interest in coming up with solutions. His colleagues would describe him as kind, energetic and a visionary — he is put off by conventional thinking. He would advise others that discomfort is not always bad and can often indicate personal growth. Davis considers his biggest success so far to be his three wonderful kids. He believes the crucial elements Central Pennsylvania provides him, his family and community are its unique culture, great career opportunities and high quality of life. In five years, he sees himself hopefully right here in Central Pennsylvania
