The one word Steve Goble would use to describe himself is “tenacious.” He first moved to Lancaster with $1,200 in his pocket, no job, no connections and no place to live. He now considers this the best mistake he ever made. Professionally, he considers his biggest success to be the cumulative growth of the Goble Group, which is up more than 550 percent since founding. Personally, his biggest success is his family. In the next five years, he hopes to make CPBJ’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies list and do more international work. If he could take a yearlong sabbatical, he would take the opportunity to travel. As a military kid, Goble got to travel to many places inside and outside the U.S., and he would like to share that experience with his family. He hopes to celebrate his 40th birthday by taking a trip to Germany — where he hasn’t been since he was nine years old — with his family
