Jessica R. Hughes’s biggest success so far has been working with her husband to build a fantastic team and business. They grew their business in Central Pennsylvania because of the love and support of friends and family. At home, her husband and kids motivate her, and at work, what motivates her is the success of her clients. It is her job to make them look good and have a voice in the marketplace. The one word Hughes would use to describe herself is “strategic.” Every project comes with a checklist or calendar. She is passionate about keeping things in order, as she can’t think clearly in chaos. She fears failure, but it is also what drives her. That is why she would not want to see into the future: it would ruin the surprise. If someone were to interview her colleagues, they would say that she goes out of her way to ensure everyone’s success.
