Ivy R. Schneider would describe herself as resilient. No matter how difficult the challenge, she always picks herself up and keeps moving forward. Failure used to scare her, but she learned that not getting her way results in valuable experience. In high school, she was the president of a community service club and fell in love with it. Her greatest success is running her own company doing what she loves, and she is thankful to Mike Musser of Community Networking Resources for recognizing her potential and giving her a chance. She is motivated to help as much as she can, and knows that the better she is at her job, the better she can assist a nonprofit, so they can help more people and make more of a difference. The advice she’d pass on to others is that it’s always better to be kind. If she were an app, she’d be Today in History — she’s always looking for interesting facts
