New tenant names continue to surface at the Capital City Mall in Lower Allen Township.

Philadelphia-based PREIT, the mall's owner, said it has signed a lease with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for a new Fine Wine & Good Spirits store. The state store will occupy 11,500 square feet of space at the Cumberland County mall.

The liquor store will be next to the new Dick's Sporting Goods, which is currently under construction in the former Sears department store space. Both stores will open this fall, according to PREIT.

A smaller-format Sears store selling mattresses and appliances also is in the works for that part of the mall.

In 2018, the region's only Dave & Buster's will open on the opposite side of the mall, replacing the existing Old Navy store.

As the most widely read local business publication in Central Pennsylvania, the Journal reaches entrepreneurs, corporate directors, middle managers, and CEOs. In short, decision-makers are reading the Business Journal.
