York-based Stewart & Tate Construction expects to complete the first phase of a new Hanover shopping center this fall, while leasing activity continues on a second phase of the development.

The new shopping center will be at the corner of Carlisle Street and Eisenhower Drive. It is being developed by Stewart & Tate sister company Apple Retail Properties, part of Stewart Group Inc., which does business as Stewart Cos.

The 8,200-square-foot first phase will include Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, Great Clips and MOD Pizza.

The second phase will include 8,700 square feet of space in a separate building. It's unclear how many tenants may move into that building. No tenants have been announced yet for that space.

Cost of construction was not disclosed.
