Tech firm integraONE acquires Quatro Systems Inc.
A Lehigh Valley tech firm with midstate operations has purchased another specialist group in the greater Philadelphia area.
Allentown-based integraONE on Thursday announced its acquisition of Quatro Systems Inc., which is based in Horsham, Montgomery County.
In addition to its main office, integraONE already had locations in Wormleysburg and Cranberry Township, near Pittsburgh.
"This acquisition allows us to further expand our geographic reach into the Philadelphia metro region and to offer a local physical presence for our clients at this new Horsham office," integraONE President Marty Andrefski said.
"Quatro Systems’ staff and resources will be a great addition to the integraONE team and we are excited about this growth opportunity," Andrefski added.
According to its website, integraONE started in 1990 as a small, privately held computer hardware installation and maintenance company focused on the Lehigh Valley health care market. Today, it provides information technology services and products to a wide range of commercial businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, and health care facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
Quatro, which was founded in 1989, is a managed services provider and systems integrator offering strategy, consulting, and IT infrastructure support services to a range of companies and organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This is the third acquisition by integraONE, which previously acquired Classic Networking Inc. of Mechanicsburg in 2010 and 7 Layer Solutions Inc. of Saxonburg in 2012.
"We are excited to join forces with integraONE and to offer our legacy clients an even greater array of technology solutions and products," said Quatro CEO Jim Chebin. "integraONE is a well-respected company and we are proud to join their team.”
