When Howard S. Hodder Jr. was younger, he always wanted to race motorcycles, specifically enduro and motocross. While he never competed in a race, his first paying job was as an assistant mechanic at Firestone, where he learned to work hard, finish college and pursue his career. Hodder
recalls advice from his father: “Enjoy your job, work hard and be the product of the work you do, and you will be rewarded with more than what money can buy.”

Most people are surprised to learn that Hodder enjoys live theater. From seeing his first live play to participating in stage crew in high school, he has enjoyed every aspect of live theatrical performances. In his free time, Hodder enjoys being with his children, hunting, fishing, shooting, golfing, and being outdoors and enjoying nature. Hodder hopes to spend his 40th birthday with simplicity, surrounded by his closest friends and family.
