The Candy Factory moves to Warehouse D in Lancaster

By

The Candy Factory, a co-working site in Lancaster city, has moved into the Lancaster Storage Building, Warehouse D, 342 N. Queen St.

The building is owned by Ecklin Development and is across the street from the current Candy Factory location in the Keppel Building.

"I'm blessed to be surrounded by such amazing talent each and every day," said Anne Kirby, founding member. "Our community has grown, and with that, the businesses within our space have grown."

Warehouse D consists of 6,000 square feet over two floors, with three conference rooms, 4,000 square feet of desk/community work space, loft/library space, a kitchen and indoor bike parking.

The 2,000 square feet of flex space will serve as a common area during the work day, but can be transformed into a venue area for public events.

Kirby hopes the space will draw more professionals to the Candy Factory.

"We're an ideal for those looking for a cafe vibe, but who also want to be in an innovative space with business-grade WiFi," she said.
