Michael Warehime, longtime corporate leader and chairman of the Snyder's-Lance board of directors, died over the weekend.
Warehime, of Heidelberg Township, York County, served as board chairman at Snyder's-Lance since December 2010. He was the chairman of the board of Snyder's before the merger with Lance.
According to a funeral notice today, Warehime, 73, died Saturday at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity United Church of Christ in Hanover.

A Hanover native, Warehime forged a lengthy career as a successful business leader.
From 1973 to 1992, he served as the chairman and a director of Farmers Bank & Trust Co. Warehime also was the president of Warehime Enterprises Inc., ARWCO Corp. and MAW Associates LP and the co-chairman and CEO of Seafood America.
Snyder's-Lance spokesman Joey Shevlin had no comment or information on the plan to name a new board chairman.
