Kenda Tires has acquired a 113,000-square-foot industrial building at 3380 Susquehanna Trail N. in Manchester Township, according to Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the seller, Hager Pacific Properties.

The purchase price was $4.7 million.

Built in 1990 on 10.6 acres, the property was upgraded after Hager Pacific acquired it in 2007. It is near Exit 24 of Interstate 83 and features 23-foot clear height ceilings and eight dock-high loading doors.
