Jennifer Casey, CEO of the Pennsylvania Builders Association, today announced she will step down from the position, effective Oct. 31, to pursue personal goals, such as training horses, selling real estate and getting back into home construction.
“While I am looking forward to beginning a new chapter in my life, I have made some lifelong connections throughout my time with PBA that I will miss,” she said in a statement. “The staff, locals, and members of our association have become like family to me.”
Casey, who joined the PBA in 2012, focused on developing more cooperation between departments and supporting staff. She was responsible for streamlining the budget and implementing a new accounting system. She also initiated a membership campaign with a goal of growing its 5 percent every year for the next five years.
“Jennifer will truly be missed. I wish her the best in all of her future endeavors,” said Kevin Coutts, president of the PBA.
The PBA is asking interested parties to send a cover letter with resume and salary history, along with three professional references, to Mary Ann Sesler at email@example.com by Sept. 15. You can also call 814-490-9629 for more information.
The trade organization was chartered in 1952 and represents nearly 5,400 member companies across the commonwealth.
