A York County machinist company has leased 8,000 square feet of industrial space in Manchester Township, according to Bennett Williams Realty Inc.
L&S Tool & Machine Division, a subsidiary of Charleston, W.Va.-based T-Bird Group, leased the space at 3405 Board Road, according to a tweet from Bennett Williams. Keith Kahlbaugh and Denny Neiman of Bennett Williams handled the deal.
Calls to Bennett Williams, L&S and T-Bird were not immediately returned.
According to its website, L&S was founded in 1975 and has a 20,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 710 Willow Springs Lane, Manchester Township, about 2 miles from the new space. The company offers machining service for castings, forgings and from raw materials to customers around the globe, according to the site.
T-Bird Group is “100 percent American Indian owned,” according to its website. The company was “born of the idea to pull together the manufacturing and distribution capabilities to supply anything that goes inside or attaches to a hydraulic cylinder,” according to the site.
