Nova Corp. of Chambersburg lands Romanian subcontract work

Nova Corp. is making a jump across the Atlantic and expanding its service to Romania.

The information technology services firm that has a regional headquarters in Chambersburg signed a contract with Cask LLC to provide subcontracting services to the European country.

Cask is a provider of technology investment services. Nova Corp. will work with Cask to assist the Romanian government with digitally archiving its legislative documents in Bucharest, its capital city.

The work has already begun in Romania, according to a Nova news release, and Nova will work on-site and remotely from Chambersburg. It is expected to last through the end of the year.

Nova has four headquarters in the United States, including the Chambersburg location. The company is owned by the Navajo Nation. Cask is based in San Diego.
