The Auntie Anne's in the Lebanon Valley Mall has a new owner.

According to officials from LMS Commercial Real Estate, the pretzel stand at the mall was sold recently, with Gorman Twist LLC of Lancaster County acquiring the franchise location rights for an undisclosed amount.

Gorman Twist was formed in May, according to state records.

The stand previously had been owned by MPT Pretzel Inc. of York County.

According to listing agent Marisa Benjamin of LMS, the stand will stay as an Auntie Anne’s. The sale was for the franchise rights in the mall.

Gorman Twist will lease the 334-square-foot space from the Lebanon Valley Mall in North Lebanon Township.
