GSM Roofing of Ephrata remodeled its 15,000-square-foot building with energy-efficient lighting and skylights, HVAC systems and a 7,000-square-foot green roof with more than 13,000 sedums and flowering perennials. The roof includes staff common areas with outdoor seating, grilling and custom-made rain barrels that are part of an efficient water harvesting system. Tono Interior Architects was the project architect and Horst Construction was the general contractor.

S.E.B. Partners LLC of Mechanicsburg purchased a building at 3434 Trindle Road in Camp Hill from O.I.P. Investors LLC. East Lampeter Township-based High Associates Ltd. represented the landlord.

Trimline Weight Loss Centers LLC purchased a 2,587-square-foot retail building at 2343 S. Queen St. in York Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the seller.

Barry and Susan Rauhauser purchased a 14,084-square-foot mini-storage facility at 2298 Old Washington Road in Waldorf, Md. Rock Commercial represented the buyer.

JMTG Properties LLC purchased a 2,118-square-foot mixed-use property at 266 W. Market St. in York. Rock Commercial represented the seller.

Kay Chiropractic and Natural Health Care Center relocated to 600 Carlisle St. in Hanover. Stewart & Tate Inc. of York started work on a new 7,000-square-foot Patient First urgent care facility near Feasterville in Bucks County. It will include staff offices, exam rooms, a waiting room and on-site X-ray and lab testing facilities. It is scheduled for completion in September.

Reynolds Consulting Engineers of Harrisburg will perform commissioning services for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission's western training facility, as well as for East Juniata High School, Juniata High School and Tuscarora Junior High School in the Juniata County School District; Murrell Dobbins Career & Technical Education High School in the Philadelphia School District; Ashlawn Elementary School in Arlington Public Schools in Virginia; and various school projects for the Prince George's County Public Schools in Maryland.

Geo. W. Weaver & Son Inc. leased 9,300 square feet of warehouse space at 1051 Hummel Ave. in Lemoyne from Gerald L Hempt, trustee of Central Qtip, and Max C. Hempt. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc./Oncor International of East Pennsboro Township represented both parties.

Tiny Learner's LLC, also known as Colorful Future Child Care, leased a 5,000-square-foot commercial building at 5013 E. Trindle Road in Hampden Township from Edu-Care Services Inc. for an early childhood education center. Landmark Oncor International represented the landlord.
