Marysville-based Riverview Bank named Ginger G. Kunkel a senior vice president and director of retail banking. She has 24 years of banking experience and was a vice president and commercial relationship manager with Susquehanna Bank.
Lancaster-based Fulton Bank named Jeffrey R. Rush a regional president of the Lancaster and Lebanon divisions in addition to the Great Valley division, and he will oversee the other Pennsylvania regions. He has 29 years of banking experience and a BS in finance and accounting from Juniata College. Joseph F. Rilatt was named regional president of the Capital division, in addition to the York division. He was a senior vice president and commercial manager with the Capital division before becoming the regional president of the York division. He has a BA in history with a minor in economics from Lebanon Valley College and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
York Township-based PeoplesBank named Michael D. Peduzzi senior vice president of finance. He was a principal with S.R. Snodgrass and executive vice president and chief financial officer with Union National Financial Corp. He is a certified public accountant with a BS in accounting from Penn State University.
Camp Hill-based Integrity Bank named Jordan Space senior vice president and chief lending officer. He was a senior commercial loan officer.
Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. named Charles Neubauer manager of the Palmyra branch. He has 17 years of banking experience and also was a broker with J.E. Gruber Investment Recovery Service in Lebanon. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University. Joseph Marchese was named manager of the Lebanon branch. He has seven years of banking experience and was a branch manager and mortgage loan originator. He is a graduate of Molloy College. Michael Grenier was named a credit administration officer with the Cleona administrative center. He has 26 years of banking experience and was manager of the Quentin Road branch. He has a BS in business management and economics from Gettysburg College.
Ephrata National Bank named Dustin Ebelhar a technology services manager. He will improve technological efficiencies within the bank and plan for future information and infrastructure needs. He was a network administrator. He has more than 14 years of information systems experience and a BS in business administration and information systems from Elizabethtown College. Dawn Korman was named a mortgage operations manager. She will oversee and develop residential mortgage operations. She has more than 15 years of mortgage lending experience, most recently as chief operating officer for the mortgage division of Susquehanna Bank. She has a BA in Russian language and area studies from Edinboro University.
National Penn Bancshares Inc. named Christy Glass senior vice president and human resources manager. She has 15 years of human resource experience, seven of them in the financial service industry. She has an associate degree from York College and a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Alvernia University.
