The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission named Mary Beth O’Hara Osborne director of regulatory affairs. She was legal counsel to PUC Commissioner James H. Cawley, a chief deputy attorney general with the charitable trusts and organizations section of the Office of Attorney General and assistant counsel and supervisor of special education with the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She has a bachelor’s degree in government and secondary education from St. Mary’s College and a law degree from Dickinson School of Law.
