Manheim Township-based Haller Enterprises Inc. has acquired Mast Electric Inc. in Upper Leacock Township, the mechanical services company confirmed Tuesday.

“We’re real excited because it continues to propel us in the commercial electric side of our business, which continues to grow,” said President John Michel.

The deal officially closed on May 1, Michel said. Terms were not disclosed.

Established in 1974, Mast is a family-owned design-build electrical contractor that services commercial, industrial and residential customers in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

“It seemed like a real good fit for everyone,” Michel said, as Haller has focused on growing its commercial business.

Haller adds six full-time employees with this deal, including Mast founder Harold Mast. It now has 340 employees.

The company has offices in Chester, Cumberland, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties.

Haller finished 2013 with $50.9 million in revenue, according to Business Journal records. That was up from $44.8 million in 2012.
