Attorney general says banks may face criminal cases soon

The U.S. Justice Department is pursuing criminal investigations of financial institutions that could result in action in the coming weeks and months, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said in a video, adding that no company was "too big to jail."

I agree with the above poster. Most of the perps made their fortunes and have taken off with them when they left the system years ago. The money illegally made is long gone. What's left are the crumbs. The feds missed getting the crooks while the getting was good. I wish they would go after the individuals who orchestrated these crimes, wherever they may be hiding.

Where were these actions for the past half decade? Where was this when Holder flatly says prosecuting these banks would damage our entire nation?
