Comcast contest looking for tech-savvy entrepreneurs

By

Comcast Business and Inc. Magazine are offering more than $600,000 in cash and services to entrepreneurs using technology to improve their business.

In a nationwide competition, the Philadelphia-based company and the magazine will offer up to $25,000 in cash and a number of free services from Comcast Business, including Internet and television packages to 32 regional winners.

Interested business owners are required to write an essay about how they are using technology to enhance their company in two categories: customer experience and employee experience.

Of the 32 regional winners, six will be named grand-prize winners. The grand prize includes a one-on-one consulting package with national business experts.

Entries are due April 30. Applications can be found on the Comcast Business website.
