The York Galleria is for sale, according to its listing agent.
Margaret Jones, from commercial real estate marketing agency Jones Lang LaSalle, said the property is for sale, but couldn't confirm anything else about any potential sale.
That includes the asking price, which has not been disclosed for the Springettsbury Township mall at 2899 Whiteford Road.
Representatives for property owner CBL & Associates Properties Inc., of Nashville, Tenn., did not return a message for comment Friday.
The mall opened in 1989, according to the company's website, with about 764,500 square feet of retail area and about 90 stores. According to a listing on commercial real estate website LoopNet.com, 482,620 square feet is available for sale.
The listing showed 98.1 percent of the total space in the mall is leased.
The mall contains four anchors — Sears, J.C. Penney, Boscov's and Bon-Ton — and has national retailers like Aeropostale, American Eagle and Victoria's Secret.
