Real estate group acquires American Signature Furniture warehouse

By ,

A Bala Cynwyd-based real estate group has acquired a 624,800-square-foot warehouse in York.

Endurance Real Estate Group LLC acquired the Class A bulk warehouse/distribution facility at 325 S. Salem Church Road, West Manchester Township, from American Signature Furniture, which used it for its northeast distribution center. The site is just off Route 30.

American Signature was represented by David Binswanger and Michael Treacy of Binswanger.

The purchase price of the facility, built in 2007, was not disclosed.

"We are thrilled to acquire such an exceptionally well-maintained Class A facility that is well positioned to meet the needs of ecommerce, retailers, food-users and other distribution users looking for clear heights north of 32 feet in a market with no spec-built requirements", Benjamin Cohen, president of Endurance, said in a news release.

Endurance hired the CB Richard Ellis team — Joseph McDermott, Vincent Ranalli and Jake Terkanian — to handle the property leasing.

Looks like there's a very big relocation coming up for the real estate company now that they have acquired some new premises! I'm quite excited to see what they are going to do to the warehouse so that it reflects what their business stands for. With that amount of space, the potentials are limitless!
