By

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency on Tuesday announced $16.8 million in tax credits and $1.9 million in PennHOMES funding for the construction of 19 affordable multifamily housing developments in urban centers across the commonwealth, including one in Lebanon.

Woda Group LLC, an Ohio-based real estate development company, has received more than $1.4 million in total funding for a 50-unit senior apartment project on North Eighth Street that it is calling Kreider Commons.

The PHFA funds will support the creation of 867 rental housing units across Pennsylvania. Here is the full list of projects.

A second round of PHFA funding for developments in rural and suburban areas will be announced in July.
