Lancaster-based insurance broker Murray Securus has launched a new private health benefits exchange called the Choice Benefits Marketplace.
The exchange offers a defined-contribution program and core and ancillary benefits spanning medical, dental, vision, life and disability as well as COBRA, FSA, HSA and HRA integration. Its three levels are as follows:
• Marketplace, targeted for businesses with 20 or more employees, with fixed insurance company, plans and employer contribution.
• Benefits administration, targeted for businesses with 50 or more employees, with custom insurance companies, plans and employer contributions.
• Integrated human resources, targeted for businesses with 100 or more employees, with fixed or custom insurance companies, plans and employer contribution.
Murray Securus describes the marketplace as the most controlled part of the platform and integrated HR as the most robust, giving employers a range of options including reporting for compliance with health care reform.
