Haverfield Aviation adds three locations across US

By ,

An Adams County aviation company said it has opened three new operation bases across the country to expand its services.

Haverfield Aviation, which provides aerial power line inspection and construction support services domestically and internationally, opened the bases in Fort Wayne, Ind.; Valdosta, Ga.; and Denton, Texas.

The company’s headquarters will remain in Cumberland Township outside of Gettysburg. This is the company’s first expansion past its Adams County base of operations.

“As our company grows, our coverage area also continues to expand,” said Darryl Ed, president of Haverfield Aviation. “Having three new bases strategically located across the United States will not only reduce response time, but more importantly, it will allow the energy companies we serve to restore power more quickly in times of a disaster or emergency. For the residents and businesses that are impacted by an unexpected emergency or power outage, that means a faster return to normal life.”

The bases are run by Haverfield employees who have been relocated as regional managers to the three new locations.
