Hope Coutts, working at Tuckey Cos. since 1995, has been named the operations director, according to the company. She has served in a variety of leadership roles in all three companies during the past 19 years. As operations director, she will focus on enterprise-level construction and production management.

Nathan Tuckey, who joined the company in 2007, will move to the position of corporate systems director to focus on organizational efficiencies and corporate growth in all aspects of human resources, legal, finance and information systems. He has an MBA from Liberty University, as well as degrees in economics, management information systems and legal environment of business from Penn State University.

Matt Tuckey recently rejoined the company after spending a decade working at various leadership positions in the nonprofit sector and will be Tuckey’s business development director. He formerly served in that position with the companies from 2003 to 2006 and will focus on internal team development, external relationships and market development. He holds a master’s degree in administration from Eastern University.

The Tuckey Cos., based in Middlesex Township, will continue to operate under the leadership of President Kenneth Tuckey.
